Services
We provide appliance repair diagnosis and repair services for residential and commercial appliances, including refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and other major appliance repair. All repairs are subject to an in person diagnosis before any repair work begins.
Pricing and Payment
You will receive a written price estimate after diagnosis and before any repair work starts. Final pricing may vary if additional issues are discovered during the repair, and any changes will be communicated to you and approved before proceeding. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing.
Scheduling and Cancellations
We ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Repeated last minute cancellations or missed appointments may affect future scheduling priority and may be subject to a trip fee.
Warranty
Repairs completed by Appliance Repair Abilene include a warranty on parts and labor for a specified period, as stated on your service invoice. Warranty terms will be provided in writing at the time of service. This warranty does not cover new, unrelated issues, damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repairs by another party after our service, or normal wear and tear unrelated to the original repair.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the appliance being serviced, disclosing any known issues or prior repair attempts at the time of booking, and ensuring pets and children are kept a safe distance from the work area during the appointment.
Parts and Availability
Some repairs require parts to be ordered if they are not carried on our service vehicles. We will inform you of expected wait times for special order parts and provide an updated timeline as needed.
Limitation of Liability
